The transmission steel towers meet ASTM Standards,GB/T standards
and related standards .
Steel grades
Tower legs: Chinese standard Q345B, which equal to ASTM A572 Grade
50
Others members: Chinese Q235B, which equal to ASTM A36
Bolts: Chinese grade 6.8 and 8.8, which equal to ASTM A394
Dimension and tolerance for angle : GB/T1591-1994, Equal to EN
10056-1/2
Hot dip galvanization: GB/T 13912-2002, which similar to ASTM A 123
The welding :AWS D1.1 or CWB standard
If the thickness of the material not less than 5mm,The min average
thickness of the galvanization of transmission
steel tower is more than 86um.
Type test and preshipment test is accepted .
If needed ,we even can supply an engineer for help installing the
transmissions steel towers .

We usually has two ways of trial assembly for tranmsmission steel
towers : trial assembly before galvanzation
and after galvanization

Package we usually do as our clients requirment .Usually for
transmission steel towers,we fixed angle steel by
steel wire to bundles and use special material to protect zinc .
For fasteners ,we use bucket ,bag or box.
